I managed the US DOD's Missile Defense Agency GMD program for Boeing for the design, development, manufacturing, installation test and checkout of the Silos & Silo Interface Vaults (SIVs) for our National Missile Defense program. I hired Rockwell Automation and Kip's team. The team led by Kip delivered successful RESULTS that surpassed expectations throughout the project duration and they did it with the highest of integrity and quality. I worked with Kip for almost 5 years as he was the Global Account Manager for Rockwell on the Mars Inc account. I served the role of the main point of contact for all controls in North America for Mars Chocolate. I worked with Kip on a weekly basis dealing with issues escalated from the various NA sites. Kip also was key in working with our OEM's worldwide to help them achieve Allen-Bradley integrated control systems to meet the Mars standards. Kip developed a large network of key resources that allowed us to achieve the desired results we as a customer were looking for. Kip played a key role in getting value add services to us in the form of meetings and presentations from functional experts to our Mars team. I therefore highly recommend Kip in a variety of roles as his work ethic and integrity are of a high caliber and are always a great asset to any effort.
